Full Time Assistant Manager Position

We are looking for a Full Time Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead many aspects of Creek Bottom Brewing Company’s restaurant. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Train and supervise restaurant employees
  • BOH & FOH employee scheduling
  • Ability to work in any capacity as needed (cook, prep, pizza, dishwashing, serving, bartending, expo, runner, host, etc.)
  • Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
  • Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses
  • Address customer needs, comments, and complaints
  • Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards
  • Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel
  • Experience using Toast POS a plus. Must be able to troubleshoot & resolve issues that arise.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Must have at least 2 years of Restaurant Management Experience
• Must have serving, bartending, and back of house experience
• Prefer local residents with less than 20 mile commute
