Part-Time Bartender/Mixologist/Tasting Room Associate Position Open.
Hours: 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. every Friday & Saturday
Responsibilities
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Answer questions, make recommendations, and up sale brewed and distilled products and store merchandise
• Offer & pour tastings or other product samples
• Distillery tours
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Complete cleaning checklist prior to end of shift
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent customer experience
• All other duties as assigned
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as a Server & Bartender/Mixologist
• Relevant training certificate
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
